The staff was nice; our room was clean and just what we wanted. It was right next to our concert venue which made it nice. We will definitely be staying there again.

Friendly, clean hotel. Ordered food and it was surprisingly good. The hamburger was thick and not greasy at all and the spinach artichoke flatbread with chicken was delicious. Breakfast was very nice too. The only thing that could have made this a better stay would be a fireplace in the room.

Liked: Fantastic hotel. Nice size room for a family of four and dog. We stayed to ski and to go to a Jazz game. Super convenient to Delta Center. Easy parking. Great breakfast options.

Disliked: Small things, such as no eletrical outlet near my bed with which to charge my phone; no body lotion, which most large hotels offer

Liked: The room was great. The couch was too low & hard to get out of. The bed was excellent. The breakfast was good but the scrambled eggs were chopped up too much (if you let them sit & cook instead of beating them while cooking you end up with a fluffy product not something that resembles something a dog threw up) looked bad but they were edible, great variety of items to choose from. I liked that they had real coffee cups & juice glasses instead of just throw away products. Everything was very clean & neat
Disliked: I had the opportunity to go to the hot tub, the water was perfect, the temp was perfect. Once I settled in into the therapy of the hot water I looked around & saw that there was a "ring" all the way around the tub under the rim but above the water line about 3-5 inches wide of grime! I stayed in the tub because the water line was not touching this ring. I simply had to close my eyes & enjoy the heat & not think about the ring on the tub . The water was perfect
