Liked: Clean; accommodating; friendly staff; great breakfast; easy access to Delta Center and The Gateway.
Disliked: Bed and pillows were very hard. Sheets were so rough they were almost impossible to sleep on.

The staff was nice; our room was clean and just what we wanted. It was right next to our concert venue which made it nice. We will definitely be staying there again.

Liked: Clean and 50 foot from our concert venue.
Disliked: $10 parking.

Friendly, clean hotel. Ordered food and it was surprisingly good. The hamburger was thick and not greasy at all and the spinach artichoke flatbread with chicken was delicious. Breakfast was very nice too. The only thing that could have made this a better stay would be a fireplace in the room.

Disliked: The people at the front desk told us the hot tub was open and it was in fact not open :( This didn’t damper our stay too much because we arrived not thinking it would be open, but we got excited and were certainly disappointed standing in front of a closed hot tub in the cold in our swimsuits
