The staff was nice; our room was clean and just what we wanted. It was right next to our concert venue which made it nice. We will definitely be staying there again.

Friendly, clean hotel. Ordered food and it was surprisingly good. The hamburger was thick and not greasy at all and the spinach artichoke flatbread with chicken was delicious. Breakfast was very nice too. The only thing that could have made this a better stay would be a fireplace in the room.

Average hotel in the Downtown

Liked: The location was very close to green and red lines. Breakfast was average and so were the facilities in the room. Housekeeping needs improvement.
Disliked: The invoice was not readily provided and I had to request it many times.
