Very good
Liked: Location was great. Property is relatively new and clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was so so, could have been better with more choices.

Reliable place to recuperate!
Liked: I was in need of an overnight stay close to the airport with a free shuttle to recuperate after traveling over 24-hours. Hyatt Place was perfect for what I needed. The staff were very helpful both over the phone when calling for the shuttle and in person checking in. The room was super clean and quiet. And breakfast in the morning had many options.
Disliked: In my short stay, I can not think of any areas that could use improvement.

Very poor
Liked: The property was very nice and the room was clean/comfortable! Good facilities overall and a nice breakfast in the morning. Close to the airport too!
Disliked: The hotel itself was very nice, but when I arrived to the hotel the staff said there was a booking error with my reservation made through Booking.com. The staff said they couldn't access the reservation even though I had a confirmation code and said I had to call booking.com to figure it out. I understand that there is only so much they can do, but I was on hold for 2+ hours back and forth with Booking.com and the hotel staff trying to figure out what went wrong and the whole time the staff was unhelpful and seemed annoyed at me even though I didn't do anything wrong. I ended up having to pay for my room a second time with no confirmation that I would get a refund for one of the purchases. I still don't know if the issue was on Booking.com's end of the Hyatt Place, but I wish they would have tried to help more versus being dismissive. Booking.com's staff were helpful and did the best they could to help me sort out the issue.

Short and sweet stay
Liked: The bed was so comfortable best hotel bed i’ve slept in
Disliked: There was no microwave in the room we were in. I wish there was.

Liked: Upon check in, the staff cancelled reservation and asked we make one direct with tbr property. So they cut Booking.com out
Disliked: Staff incompetent. Paid double for a room as it was 3 am and had no options. I want a refund
