Got hosed by the hotel
Disliked: Booked a room with 2 queen beds, 1 pullout bed because I was traveling with 4 adults, (two could sleep in the same bed, two could not). Notified them that I would arrive late. When I got there, they had given my room away and only had rooms with 1 King bed and one pullout bed. Because I used Booking.com they would not do anything for me. Ended up with one person sleeping on the couch portion of the pullout (with a table in the middle). Very uncomfortable.

I will recommend Hyatt Place...
Liked: What I like was having the shuttle running 24hrs. Front desk staff was helpful, price was cheaper the room was clean ordering food, and the bar was on point. The whole experience was worth staying for one night.

Sacto airport w shuttle
Liked: This hotel caters to Sacramento airport very well. They have parking on site ($15 for each night after your stay) and a free shuttle to and from the airport (about 10 min ride). The room rate was reasonable for this purpose. It was pouring rain the morning I left.....so it was great catching their shuttle under the roof....and getting a ride to the terminal. The room was clean, the staff was great. I did not have breakfast or the free coffee in the lobby.

One night stay semi-close to...
Liked: Comfortable beds, quiet rooms and clean space. Also easy to find parking.
Disliked: The front desk staff needs some support and training. Work on professionalism and welcoming vibe. The morning front desk person was curt and not helpful when I asked for a brief extension of the check out time due to illness.

Worst hotel experience EVER !!!
Liked: The location to the airport
Disliked: Room 213 , we had children jumping above us , the wouldn’t switch our room . Our tv has volume but no picture , the coffee/ tea maker doesn’t work. We called and complained about these issues . We booked on booking. Com , big mistake ! This hotel doesn’t treat you as a guest since we didn’t book through them . I’ve stayed here before and rented 3 rooms for our family before a trip with no problem. This time ? Super rude bartender/ front desk guy . We made a complaint at 7:pm no new coffee maker for hot water . It’s after 10pm now . We called and said that we are going to make a complaint , they said no problem lol ? I can’t and won’t recommend this place to anyone . It’s a shame ! Customer service should be first priority! The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work either . They also won’t refund our money if we leave they said . What a joke !
