Hyatt Place Roanoke - hotel was nice and clean; employees were friendly. I would stay again.

Liked: Front desk check-in staff was great. The pool was nice and warm rooms were clean.
Disliked: The shower could use some elbow grease. The grout in the tile was black, which needs to be cleaned properly. The breakfast staff was really rude, and none of the housekeepers spoke english.

Liked: The room layout is very spacious at the price point, and the bed was very comfortable. CLEAN! Staff are friendly and accommodating. This location was a random stay over point for a lengthy South to North road journey. It will likely be a stop again in the future, but we will make time to explore the absolutely beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains!
Disliked: In-room coffee, blah. On property dining is not as advertised.
