Hyatt Place Roanoke - hotel was nice and clean; employees were friendly. I would stay again.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: They are doing a remodel - it wasn’t bad. They had parts of the parking lot blocked off.

Liked: It was clean,roomy,and all of the staffing was extremely friendly
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like is my room was supposed to be to come with a sofa bed and it was only a small sofa type thing that did not turn into a sofa bed so sleeping arrangements we’re extremely tight

Disliked: Ants were in the room when I woke up. Room did not have soap.

Disappointing

Liked: After settling in and exhausted I went to take a shower and it only dripped. I found one towel, but it turned out it was not needed since there was no actual water flow for the shower. The room was not clean as there was actual hair in the sink and sticky from who ever was there prior to us.

Absolutely fantastic hotel

Liked: Everything was fantastic. Especially that they offer 4:15 AM airport shuttle for those who need to catch the 5 AM flight.

Liked: Nothing I went home for the holidays like I did last year and was turned away because my license still has the local address where I receive my mail due to the fact that I travel with my career. So a reservation that was 270 just like last year turned into 796$ in a blink of an eye all because of my license. So in hindsight I will never do business there anymore and also notified my company from pursuing further business with this particular property
