Employees were all great but the food services needs considerable improvement.

Liked: All employees encountered were friendly and helpful. The place is very clean.
Disliked: This Hyatt is terrific EXCEPT food service. Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful. It's just that the food services are very limited and it's not geared for taking hot coffee/ tea to one's room. They do not have handy cardboard trays for these such as McDonalds does. The employees were fine but the food services needs great improvement.

Perfect place to stay

Liked: Location was great for a visit to Lenovo Arena and easy to access off the highway. Hotel was clean and pleasant. Rooms were big and comfortable with a separate seating area which we loved. Breakfast was included.

Liked: Couldn’t sleep because the AC fan was broken and making loud noise when the issue with the front desk, the promised me some loyalty point, which I thought it was just BS

Liked: Room was large and quiet, but also somewhat outdated, especially the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. TV was large and easy to understand how to use. Plenty of towels and glasses provided. Breakfast was acceptable but not outstanding. In general, it's in a quiet location (we were there on a weekend).
Disliked: At breakfast, yogurt served family style so must dish out; should stick with individual packages for sanitary reasons.

Liked: We arrived early the room was waiting.Outstanding service, friendly staff, charging station on site. Best breakfast ever. Now spoiled We became members.
