Employees were all great but the food services needs considerable improvement.

Liked: All employees encountered were friendly and helpful. The place is very clean.
Disliked: This Hyatt is terrific EXCEPT food service. Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful. It's just that the food services are very limited and it's not geared for taking hot coffee/ tea to one's room. They do not have handy cardboard trays for these such as McDonalds does. The employees were fine but the food services needs great improvement.

Excellent stay in a convenient...

Liked: I enjoyed having the large sitting area and desk in the room, very spacious. The staff were very friendly and the check in/out process was so easy.
Disliked: The ability to use streaming services with a Smart TV would be helpful, it was disappointing to not be able to watch Netflix movies.
