Employees were all great but the food services needs considerable improvement.
Liked: All employees encountered were friendly and helpful. The place is very clean.
Disliked: This Hyatt is terrific EXCEPT food service. Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful. It's just that the food services are very limited and it's not geared for taking hot coffee/ tea to one's room. They do not have handy cardboard trays for these such as McDonalds does. The employees were fine but the food services needs great improvement.

Liked: Britney was amazing!!! Very professional, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It was a high fee for having a pet. I have paid $25 before but never $75 so that was kind of disappointing since it cost the hotel nothing additional for him to have been there with us.
