Liked: Nice but parking was Expensive And not clearly stated in website or booking procedures.
Disliked: The parking again was problematic. The room had a sofa sleeper. No bedding. I had to go request and find bedding.

Nice stay, but strange incidental...

Liked: Clean and comfortable facilities, perfectly suitable for a short stay. Very nice continental breakfast that starts at 6:30, loved this as an early riser.
Disliked: Weird experience with the front desk while we were checking out. Extra fees being charged to our card for incidentals that had already been paid previously, when we asked about it, were told by the desk staff that “this is just what the system does” and that she couldn’t do anything about it. When we enquired whether the fees would be deducted or not, she became very emotional. Manager then came in and kind of scolded us for using a third party booking app (Booking.com) which didn’t make any sense - that has nothing to do with the fees being charged, and furthermore, why bash a booking service you’ve chosen to list with, to the customers trying to do business with you accordingly? Fees were eventually returned to us but knowledge of their nature would be important for front desk staff to have ahead of it turning into an issue with customers.
