Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: No one at the front desk for longer than 10 minutes of arrival. We arrived before 330pm. At the pool there were bright red fake nails in the middle of the floor. Gross.

Exceptional

Liked: It all began with the hostess Shubh at the Hyatt in Prince George BC. She was very welcoming with a huge smile and asked how our trip in was....explained the breakfast hours and where, then told us the dining room hours for the evening. Shubh said if we needed anything do not be afraid to come to the desk and ask. Her demeanor made the check in routine fun and easy. She also explained charges on the card for damage but also when we could expect that back on the card. That is where hospitality begins at check in. Thank you Shubh, I mention your name because of the superior treatment you gave us.
Disliked: Everything was great.

The hotel provided everything we...

Liked: The atmosphere, staff, comfort and location. The staff at check in were wonderful (and went out of their way to accommodate us) and Shubh at checkout was incredibly helpful and professional as well (and provided very useful advice re the city). As usual, people really do make the place!
Disliked: Enjoyed everything! This will certainly be where we stay next time as well.
