Liked: Well now, it was close to the Merrill Auditorium.
Disliked: We were next to a room that had a big dog barking, howling and scratching on the door at 3 am. Then two men yelling and knocking on our door - WOW! I can't believe we weren't reimbursed for the stay at Hyatt Place.

Liked: Convenience to the old port. The restaurant / bar was amazing!
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t great. And feel like it should be free given to price of the rooms.

Liked: Beautiful room, lovely staff, amazing location!
Disliked: Mould underneath the complimentary bottles that are secured to the wall, Easily done, but in other hotels it was spotless, so it can be rectified. I have a phobia of mould, so that’s probably why I had a strong reaction to it. Other than this it was a perfect stay. Would be nice at the price to have breakfast included.
