Liked: Stayed many times - like the location and generally the staff though this time around the woman at the front desk was on 'auto=pilot' and not particularly engaging.
Disliked: The bed was mushy and the texture of a futon. They need to change out these mattresses.

Liked: We enjoyed the spacious room with comfortable beds.
Disliked: Noise in the hallway outside of our room seemed amplified and loud.

Liked: I like the location.
Disliked: I asked for a quiet room and highest room available. The front desk put us in room 101 where it’s near the street and beside the exit door that slams every time some enters and exit. I can hear every plane that lands at the airport. The sink is also outside the bathroom.

Liked: Perfect location and proximity to the event we attended. We could walk to restaurants and the shopping center.
Disliked: It appears to be an older or regularly used hotel, so it could use a little sprucing up.

Disliked: The hallways and rooms weren’t as clean and maintained as I’d like.
