We had an amazing experience during our stay. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and everything was very clean and orderly! I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Place to any of our family and friends - definitely a place that we would stay again!

Liked: Everything about the hotel was absolutely awesome! It was very clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful, and having access to a 24/7 kitchen was definitely a plus! The family style complimentary breakfast bar was also a very pleasant surprise!
Disliked: None.

Wonderfully decorated rooms, great staff, good price. Perfect place for a one night stop, or a longer stay!

Disliked: Creepers at the awesome late night snack shop/drunk refill station (i.e. bar).

Disliked: I didn’t like that I booked this property for the pool for the kids and it was not open I paid more money for this property because of this.

Liked: Room was spacious. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Not entirely bad but did not live up to expectations. Not well maintained. Pool area not very attractive. Elevator old and shaky. The entire lobby of the hotel is the breakfast area. No cosy sitting area in the lobby like most good hotels. Housekeeping service was weird. We had three towels. They came in the room while we were out and took the three towels and left two clean ones. We needed three. They did nothing else in the room. Beds were not touched. Not sure if thats a new thing. In a nutshell this Hyatt Place was not what we expected.

Short I was only there...

Liked: The room was decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable. Spacious room
Disliked: The bathroom light was sooo dim(when it actually came on). The bathroom was also so small I could barely get in there and close the door before having to stand in the shower or on the toilet, which is weird to me because the rest of the room was so spacious. I also felt like there were parts of the hotel that could use some updating, the lobby was nice and well put together but things seemed off with the rest of the atmosphere. Like the closet in the room for example looked like someone started making a closet(like walled it out) and then just never finished it as it looked like a weird hole just cut into the wall but had no doors on it at all, just very unfinished and gave me weird vibes for some reason. While the staff was nice,very very nice, when I got there the gentleman that was working the night shift charged me when he shouldn’t have because I had prepaid through booking.com and he I guess didn’t see it. The lady I spoke with in the morning before leaving explained that it never should have happened because the reservation already showed it was prepaid.Lastly, I’m not sure but I think the breakfast made me get sick because I had eaten a piece of fruit and thought it tasted off so I stopped eating it. By the time I got back to the room I got sick and couldn’t help throwing up. The only reason I could think that happened was because the fruit may have been bad.
