We had an amazing experience during our stay. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and everything was very clean and orderly! I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Place to any of our family and friends - definitely a place that we would stay again!

Liked: Everything about the hotel was absolutely awesome! It was very clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful, and having access to a 24/7 kitchen was definitely a plus! The family style complimentary breakfast bar was also a very pleasant surprise!

Wonderfully decorated rooms, great staff, good price. Perfect place for a one night stop, or a longer stay!

Disliked: Upon check-in the staff was not friendly. Then was given a room that was dirty. The hotel room looks like it hasn’t been clean in months. Carpet was ripped, when the heat was turned on black stuff was blowing out. There was hair on the sheets when we arrived.
