Fun time.

Liked: Staff was great but hotel is very understaffed.
Disliked: The beds and rooms are not clean at all. Housekeeping was very poor.

Disliked: Bathroom wall had obvious water damage, peeling wallpaper

Disliked: Rooms were given away due to our late flight arrival even with guaranteed reservation. Had to go to different hotel. Hyatt paid for new hotel for that night but this should have never happened. Manager took the blame for however. Regardless that was unacceptable at midnight!! Breakfast not good. Cold food. Ran out of things. Poor planning and managing.
