I would tell any of my friends and family to stay at the Hyatt Place Phoenix. The rooms were awesome and very clean. Everyone was so friendly and I felt at home, and that's a good feeling. Thank you!

Liked: The staff was great made accommodation when needed. The room was spacious and clean. Very quiet
Disliked: The only thing that was a concern was the toilet not being secure to the floor, so when you sat down, it moved a little.But other than that miner issue, I would still highly recommend The Hyatt Place and seeing for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Great stay , super comfortable
Liked: New facility, nice size pool and hot tub. Safe location, clean, comfortable. Fantastic room, and attention to detail.

Decent place with some room...
Liked: Decent hotel, with good facilities and fairly friendly staff. Common areas were clean, and bed was very soft, but comfortable. A few areas for improvement: 1) the A/C unit in the room was very loud; 2) there were several "nasty" stains on the bathroom wallpaper; 3) breakfast was just okay; the scrambled eggs were tasteless.
