Within a 10-15 minute walk to our concert venue. We were told by our Uber driver that our hotel was new. Our hotel room was neat, clean and quiet. Everything was well organized. We used valet parking. So excellent. We had both dinner in the restaurant and breakfast the next day. Thank you for a very nice stay at your hotel.

The hotel, staff and location were good; bed was horrible.

Liked: People working there and checking us in were nice and helpful.
Disliked: The bed was absolutely horrible. I am a 48 year old woman and I had my 19 year old daughter, and our backs and bodies were killing us in the middle of the night. My daughter moved and slept on the little couch, while I continued to sleep in the bed. I could hardly stand up straight or move, after getting up. It was basically a whole night of sleep wasted.

Liked: We went down for a subs game. If you’re going for any kind of sports event down town. This is the place to stay.

The bed was comfortable and...

Disliked: The arrival to check in was frustrating. The large posted sign listed a charge for even a brief stop in the valet area, which is the only area where you can stop. We drove around the block looking for another stopping place twice. Then, since we didn’t want the very high overnight parking charge we had to park off site. Also, housekeeping had not checked the alarm clock for a leftover alarm. The loud bedside alarm clock went off at 4:00 am! Since I didn’t know if I’d hit the OFF button Or snooze button I had to turn on the light, find the very tiny dark display to be sure it was truly off. Not fun.

Nice location and staff, but...

Liked: Great location in the downtown of Phoenix Room was very clean when we first arrived. Very responsive and friendly staff
Disliked: Not sure if it is because it was a very busy week, but my room was not cleaned during the whole stay. I had to call every day to get new towels. Sheets were never replaced and garbage was not emptied. I understand that cleaning staff are often underpaid and overworked, but I would have appreciated this stay more if the room was cleaned each day.
