Within a 10-15 minute walk to our concert venue. We were told by our Uber driver that our hotel was new. Our hotel room was neat, clean and quiet. Everything was well organized. We used valet parking. So excellent. We had both dinner in the restaurant and breakfast the next day. Thank you for a very nice stay at your hotel.

Liked: Close proximity to our concert event.
Disliked: Nothing was bad.

The hotel, staff and location were good; bed was horrible.

Liked: People working there and checking us in were nice and helpful.
Disliked: The bed was absolutely horrible. I am a 48 year old woman and I had my 19 year old daughter, and our backs and bodies were killing us in the middle of the night. My daughter moved and slept on the little couch, while I continued to sleep in the bed. I could hardly stand up straight or move, after getting up. It was basically a whole night of sleep wasted.

Disliked: The location didn’t seem safe to me. The Regency down the road was much nicer. We thought by staying downtown we would be closer to things but we definitely weren’t.

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: I had asked both housekeeping and the front desk three times, two days in a row, to clean my room, and they told me they would, but no one did. I ended up having linens and towels brought to my room late at night, and I had to change out my own bedding. They charge an extra $30 a night to park blocks away from the hotel.

I would not go back.

Liked: The room was clean enough although it had no extra touches. The fridge was very noisy and very tough to unplug- good think my husband is handy!
Disliked: For this price, this place had no parking, no breakfast, no pool.....The room was not particularly comfortable. There was nothing "generous" about this place: like the pillows, the bed, the bathroom etc...everything was really basic.
