Room 104 was not clean.

Liked: Friendly staff. Lobby is misleading...lobby is clean and has newer decor, but the room was dirty. Splatter on the mirror and picture in the bathroom, stuff on walls, air vent was quite dusty, even the phone has something on it. It's like nothing has been wiped down or dusted. Small screws and trash on the floor indicated that the room had not been vacuumed. Rubber at the baseboard by the mirror is falling off of the wall.

Disliked: Staff was inattentive and rude. Facilities were not clean. There was a leak that caused flooding, so they had to have carpet dryers going full time. Very loud, but we understood the necessity. However, the garbage Paul the water was going in to was never emptied, so that was overflowing on to the carpet again- now with dirty water. We told the desk, and they simply said they didn’t know where maintenance was or what they were doing. This was for 2 days straight.
