Liked: Good location near airport
Disliked: Shuttle driver to the airport. There was a snowstorm in progress. Driver's speed was excessive for weather conditions. He stopped on the highway to clean off mirrors, this should have been done prior to leaving the parking lot.

Liked: Only place I know on Tower Road that has a bar/restaurant open until late in the evening. No need to leave the hotel when arriving with an evening flight from overseas.

Good location. Won’t return
Liked: Check in was easy. Good location close to the airport
Disliked: It was cold inside the room. It took a long time to get warm when the heat was turned up. I got an extra blanket out of the closet and was still cold. It was cold by the bar and lobby. Needed a winter coat. Breakfast was not good. Shuttle driver was late

Superb
Liked: Decent breakfast, pretty standard fare: waffles, meats, yogurt, bagels. Nice selection of juices. Lobby was a great place to just hang out. There is a Starbucks and a bar in the lobby. Within walking distance of the train: but you can't hear it roll through which is nice. Very quiet except for the occasional vaccuum rolling by. The rooms were spacious and well stocked.
Disliked: The guest laundry was a bit infuriating. You have to download an app, make an acct, and pray you connect to the washer. Mine didnt connect for almost 20 mins. Not the biggest deal if you don't need to wash clothes though. 2nd thing I didnt like is housekeeping knocked on my door at 8am, even though I said no to housekeeping. I guess I didn't put the placard up, but still!! 8am!! Late night guests be mindful of that...
