Liked: i loved the cleanliness, the dining area, the hot tub and the coffee/tea station
Disliked: they advertise that the pool is heated and it was actually pretty cold. when asked if they could turn it up they said it was 82 degrees. it was 40 degrees outside and the pool felt only slightly warmer than the cold air.

Not very enjoyable !!!

Liked: Fire alarm went off for no reason, spent an hour at 10 pm in our pajamas in the parking lot. Had to leave a day early for health reasons, management said they would adjust our billing accordingly especially in light of the malfunctioning fire alarm but they didn't. Will not stay at a Hyatt property again.
