Liked: The foyer
Disliked: The bathroom was very smelly The odour was so strong and it permeated the bedroom area I had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times and the window open The restaurant had a menu of one starter one main and one desertThe cafe wasn’t open all day

Nope

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Armed (with machine guns) military guards that frisked you and made you walk through metal detectors. Uber had to wait on the road.

Superb

Liked: It’s very conveniently located next to the CDG. You’ll still need a 10 minutes drive there. The staffs were nice , the room had a good reasonable size compared to French and European standards.
Disliked: The breakfast was very mediocre for the standards of Hyatt. Juice was provided from a machine . Nothing special.

Liked: Good location to airport

excellent location with fantastic staff

Liked: Attending a conference at Villipente and the hotel was a great location for an easy commute, found the staff at the reception very helpful, would certainly return.
Disliked: nothing comes to mind

Wonderful all around.

Liked: The breakfast that was included... was WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!Was surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff was... from start to finish. Most especially Estelle.
Disliked: Would be good to have a mat of some sort to keep the floor from getting wet from the shower .. in the bathroom. Looked too dangerous for me to use!

Liked: Very close to the airport and the shuttle service going to Airport is very nice
Disliked: The water bottle was not free

Disliked: bed is not clean enough, no slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste

Beware of the name Hyatt...

Liked: The resturaunt staff was excellent especially the Manager ... the food not so much.
Disliked: Hyatt PlaceOctober 10/09/2024We were very much looking forward to our stay at "The Hyatt Place" and were impressed when we first arrived upon entering the hotel lobby; but things just went downhill after that. There was no heat in our room, especially with all the heavy rain we were experiencing in the middle of October ... we told the reception nothing had been done ... the pool was freezing, not heated as written ... no computer room which we needed to use to check in with our flights the next morning ... we had noticed signage (metal placards) all throughout the hotel ... the front reception could care less when we asked about it ... and seemed enoided ... we had requested a cab upon arrival for the next morning and had to do it three times, and still the reservation hadn't been made ... we had to do it again on the morning we left ... no knowledge of it being requested ... we had to do this because the shuttle as listed was only to one terminal, and then you had to take the train in order to go to your terminal . Also, a surcharge was added as well ... not as described in the hotel listing ... the lobby couches were stained and pillows old and worn out ... rugs were stained and torn throughout the hotel ... a metal bar was pulled loose in the elevator; exposing a large extending piece ... no bar soap, wash clothes, or even a shower cap ... we had to go down to the reception to request it and was told it would be sent up after a two and a hour wait we went down again and found a maid in the hallway and she had to clear it with her supervisor and we were given two tiny bars of soap but still no wash clothes or shower cap ... we went into our room a pair of dirty boys jeans left behind on the floor by the couch ... the trash cans in our room were still full; not emptied; apparently, our room was not cleaned upon arrival ... the water went from scolding hot to cold, mainly in the shower and in the bathroom sink ...
