nice access to the beach...

Liked: access to the beachnew and cleanfriendly stafffree parking and live music
Disliked: long wait at traffic light toget to parking garage

Passable

Disliked: The fridge didn’t work and I called the front desk but no one ever came. There was no extra toilet paper, we had to ask the service person, who was very sweet. Front desk wasn’t too friendly at all.

Our stay overall was great...

Liked: The room was lovely & smelled lovely & clean on arrival. It would be far better though if, when the towels etc were changed, that the floors were also cleaned. The floors needed to be cleaned more at breakfast & also the bar area & tables wiped down thoroughly throughout breakfast.
Disliked: Dirty floors in breakfast area & dirty tables & bar area. It find isn’t acceptable that people from the pool area were allowed in the lifts & reception area whilst they were soaking wet through!!!! It is a health & safety hazard that needs addressing asap.
