Exceptional

For a 3 star hotel...

Liked: Cleanliness of the Hotel, good value for the money, the front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly, very accommodating. We got an upgrade to a suite that was very helpful for us , lots of Room. The lobby area is small but yet very cosy. Nice setting.
Disliked: We didn’t get to have breakfast during our stay because of the timing 6-9 being in vacation was bit early for us.The single sink the large bathroom with no space for storage of toiletries was bothersome but that was ok.

Great place to stay with...

Liked: The room was so clean, the staff were nice and helpful. We loved the buffet breakfast. There were plenty of parking lots on the premises.
Disliked: The room was so cold that we had to completely shut down the AC.

Liked: Nothing. Poorly managed hotel, very dirty and staff are miserable. No one knows what’s going on!
Disliked: The food was cold one sloppily presented. Room looked as if someone was already in there. We took MANY pictures, it was not cleaned properly and smelled of dog urine! From the moment we walked in through the hotel entrance we noticed it wasn’t a clean hotel. We documented everything. The pool was closed without prior notice (the pool is the reason we booked here). We were told we could pay using debit card and our credit card was still charged regardless.

A lovely trip we really...

Liked: So clean! Friendly staff, always saying good morning or afternoon or evening. So welcoming! I wanted to bring the shower home with me!!
Disliked: The breakfast was the same both days and mostly cold. Quite disappointing. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work the entire time despite mentioning to several staff.
