Liked: The location ! A lot of things around us and super close to Disney springs.

Liked: The room was a great size, each kid got their own bed. The beds weren't bad.
Disliked: The breakfast didn't have very many options. And it wasn't very good. That was huge for us because we literally booked it based off breakfast, location and price. The reviews gave me high hopes as I always read them. I wouldn't stay here again. We couldn't find our dry towels to shower. After having some delivered thinking they forgot them, we found them IN THE SHOWER. I would have happily spent another $100 stayed at a nicer place closer had i known the reality.

Extremely disappointed with this Hyatt...

Liked: Location to my daughter’s cheer event.
Disliked: Rooms were damaged, had smells. I was moved to a different room and that particular room was still assigned to someone else. I learned that at the restaurant that had nothing but burgers when I ordered a cocktail the name on the room didn’t match.
