Liked: Excellent location. Breakfast was good just a bit crowded and not easy to find somewhere to sit. Staff already good for his excellent for us.

A comfortable and relaxing place...

Liked: The staff were very welcoming. They provided a great service and were happy to help with anything we requested. Room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We were impressed with both the gym and the pool which we used during our stay. Many thanks to the staff team.

Without staff help your hotel...

Liked: Overall it was a good place. My wife and I enjoyed our stay
Disliked: When it came time for help with our luggage there was none. I am disabled and I asked for help with my luggage and they bot. Even when I asked the answer was no. I asked for help getting the luggage cart and the staff told me to go to every floor and look myself. I have cancer and I need a cane most of the time to walk. If you are disabled this is not the place to stay. I thought ADA laws help cover these types of issues I guess not.

Liked: Hotel was convenient for our needs and clean. The room was spacious with a refrigerator, and microwave. Staff was nice and helpful. We didn't get to try the breakfast.
