Disliked: Not too bad but the bathroom was way smaller than expected.

Short comfortable stay .

Liked: We were here just for one night but found the hotel excellent .
Disliked: Nothing.

Outstanding in every way.

Liked: Mike at front desk and his manager fixed my incorrect checkin date. Mike was outstanding arranging a ride with shuttle driver Danny to nearby restaurant for dinner. Danny picked me up after dinner and drove me back. Your restaurant was closed due to a leak. Mike found milk for me to take to my room for very early coffee. Mike suggested earlier airport shuttle to ensure I was there on time. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. All in all one of my best hotel experiences lately.
Disliked: Nothing except the closed kitchen because of a leak.

Enjoyed the breakfast

Liked: Only one elevator working- had to wait longer than usual to get to room floor.

Not satisfied with this stay!!!

Liked: Location to the airport was fine, room was fairly clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: It was my fault that I didn’t read fine print about $20 parking. We checked into room 315 about 8pm on 3/24/25 after a 4 hour drive from South Georgia. We could not get a wink of sleep and having to be up and at airport at 4am for 6 am flight for our son. Between my wife complaining about the noise of the PTAC unit and what sounded like the mechanical room above us we were totally and honestly unsatisfied with this stay. Myself I don’t mind a little background noise to sleep by but as soon as I cut the unit of like I say we experienced what sounded like something in the mechanical room coming on and off every 5 minutes. Every time we tried to dose off there was that noise again. Very unsatisfied with this stay. Very sincerely, Howard Ross

Good Place to Stay

Liked: Comfortable clean hotel. Free breakfast included, had a lovely salad and drink in the bar area on arrival. The staff very friendly and helpful. Took the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, arrived quickly after contacting the hotel that we had arrived.
Disliked: I did not like having a sink area in the bedroom instead of in the bathroom.

Liked: We liked the hotel room layout. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The shuttle to the airport and location was convenient. Lots of restaurants near within walking distance.
Disliked: There was no hot water. At all the duration of our stay. We tried to call the staff room the room and the phone did not work. Luckily, our stay was just overnight after returning from our cruise. My husband was a little upset as when we were checking out, he mentioned the hot water to the staff, and they responded that they were still having issues with the hot water and were sorry for the inconvenience. He felt they should have mentioned it at check-in and maybe offered an incentive or discount of some kind.
