As a bonus we met a member of a band we were going to see who was also staying at the hotel. Awesome!
Liked: Our room was very nice and quiet. The bed was really comfortable too so we slept well. Priced very reasonably!

Hotel not up to standard...
Liked: It was convenient to where I was visiting to, however I would never stay there again.
Disliked: We booked through Booking.com, using Affirm as the payment method. The booking was accepted about one month prior to our visit. Hyatt never reached out to us, however a lot happened that we were not aware of. First off, the payment method was not accepted through the website, but we were unaware. When we checked in, we explained to the staff how we paid, and what form of payment we used and they attempted to charge it that evening. There was a piece of information missing on our end to connect the payment method, which we contacted Affirm and resolved. Upon checking out, we were told that the person working could not help us and that they would speak with a manager. We chose to use Affirm, as they show able to make these reservations, and gave us a loan to pay the fee's, while paying them back over time. We left, giving our bank account card which we did not have the funds to pay for this, and received a call from the onsite manager, Brittani. She was extremely rude and refused to help us. She repeatedly accused us of trying to commit fraud and stated that our payment method could not be applied. We tried for 15 minutes to speak with her, explain the situation and even offered to come back to use the preferred payment method, however she refused and stated again she would not commit the fraud we were trying to pull. We were treated with such disrespect and there was nothing wrong that was done by us, in trying to use the payment method of our choosing. I was exhausted and trying to get back on the road, from playing at the Toyota Sports Arena the previous day. I am appalled and have never been treated so rudely in my life. TO be told that we were attempting to commit fraud simply because we wanted to use a different payment method is just unacceptable. I plan to reach out to Hyatt corporate to address this.
