Liked: The room was cleanValet staff were very friendly and fastMorning breakfast staff were very nice
Disliked: The valet staff was extremely nice but it cost to much to park.The price to valet or self park was ridiculous! They need to be more vocal that breakfast is not included and you will be charged extra.

It was okay. Not worth...

Disliked: The pool was out of order. No soap dispenser in public bathroom by pool and work out room. Empty water machine in work out room. This hotel is run down and has not been kept up. Very disappointed.

Liked: Great location to Bricktown. The beds were comfortable, and A/C worked great.
Disliked: The pool was broken the whole time. We picked this hotel for the indoor pool. The clerk at check-in was horrible. Very bad customer service. I killed a roach on the bed, and they dont put trash liners in the trash cans. GROSS!!

It was okay but probably...

Liked: The rooms were comfortable with a nice view. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Had a hard time getting some of the outlets to work to charge phones had to use the bathroom outlets. The rooms were a little outdated and the pool was super small, cold, and over crowded. Paid parking only.
