This location exceeded my expectations...

Liked: The entire staff was so friendly, Id say out of their way friendly but it was just natural for them. I felt like we'd been good friends for years. The employee at check in (it was almost midnight) and the lady in the morning at breakfast were exceptional!!!! The beds were the most comfortable I've EVER had in ANY hotel I've stayed in.Location was PERFECT!I enjoyed my stay so much, I am returning this weekend! Already booked!!!THANK YOU HYATT Yall have some true gems aboard and I hope they are compensated well$$$$
Disliked: I didn't like that I didn't stay longer! That's on me though.

Stay was good but left...

Liked: Deposit blocked on my card has not yet been refunded it’s been over 7 working days have sent them messages but no reply. I don’t live in usa hence can’t really follow up apart from sending them mails and msg. I has tried to pay the deposit in cash but they refused to accept.

Front staff quickly got us...

Disliked: We arrived late in the evening ( as we expected) everything was great and smooth until we walked into a room that had a sour smell, there were sticks in our bedroom and our mattress cover was blood stained with a white sheet tossed over top.

Disliked: Paying for breakfast and the third floor smelled like marijuana. I also thought you could see the falls from the hotel and that was not the case
