Disappointing

Liked: Beds are comfortable
Disliked: We ended up with 3 different rooms. We were told we were in room 402 just to find out it was 602. Someone walked into our room because they were given a key for our room. Then we were moved to 802 because our neighbors from 602 were smoking so much marijuana that it was entering our room. I am disabled, in a wheelchair and am in NYC to see a specialist making all these changes very hard. We were given $50 off our bill but that is unacceptable.
