Liked: Location and cleanliness. Housekeeping staff are great.
Disliked: Receptionists are not hospitable. I booked the hotel almost a year in advance - and as this were our first time visit to NYC - I requested to be allocated in a room with a nice view. Instead - we were allocated in level 3 next to stairs, with a view of a rat crawling outside the window. Was pretty disappointed with this.

Liked: I liked the breakfast, it's convenient with children, it's very well located near the metro and within walking distance of any attraction
Disliked: the room was not very clean, there was dust everywhere, this is important when you are with children in the room and they are allergic. but I wiped all the dust myself and did not complain. There was no kettle in the room and there was not a single bottle of water, which also looked very strange, in a hotel of such a huge chain they do not give water .. there was no pen to write, and there was no toothbrush and toothpaste, but upon request they brought me the latter

Liked: Rooms are not bad at all, quite soundproof, double glazing, and staff friendly to assist. Breakfast is also good and fit for purpose! The hotel is clean and above all, the best possible location in close proximity of all major attractions!
