Not a satisfactory experience at...

Liked: The hotel moved us to other hotel on arrival. Booked king size bed but got twin bed room of small size. Breakfast suppose to be buffet style but it was on menu.

Great option for families.

Liked: We stayed for New Years with the kids (their first time in NY) and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast is A+ and the location is great.
