Liked: The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. The view from the room was immaculate and the distance to penn station was great!
Disliked: The size of the room was rather small for our liking and the elevators were often full or took a while to pick us up.

Liked: I had a good stay overall. The breakfast was tasty and everything was clean, which I really appreciated. The young Black woman at the reception was incredibly helpful and kind—she made a great impression. However, the noise from the heating or AC unit was extremely loud and drove me a bit crazy at night. It really affected my sleep. Hopefully, that can be improved in the future.

Clean but cosy. Great location...

Liked: A little cramped for 3 people, excess furniture eg a stool and coffee table that we didn’t need and we asked someone to take it away but it wasn’t. We left it outside so we could move around the room. The lifts got very busy but we walked down the stairs and got the lift up.

Liked: Absolute gem of a place to stay. Loved everthing about this hotel, the location, the rooms, which were beautiful and very clean, the views were exceptional and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
