Liked: Breakfast was good and it was in a great location with Whole foods and metro stations nearby. Daily housekeeping
Disliked: Elevators took a long time to come but luckily we were on the 9th floor only so had the option of using the stairs. The air-conditioning was really loud.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. The really dissappointing thing about staying here is the lift system. With 40 floors and 4 lifts, there is no system in place to try accommodate everyone and you end up waiting up to 25min to get a lift

One week in NYC

Liked: The location is quite comfortable and the staff is always supportive, highly appreciated their kindness. The room was always incredibly clean and taken care of! Beds were super comfy.
Disliked: The spaces are often limited, as well as the number of elevators. I normally do not mind but in this case it was unavoidable. Despite this, except for peak hours, everything seemed to run smoothly.
