People were great but

Liked: Service people were excellent Catherine at front. Mgr Thomas. Concierge Bennie and Katya/Aiotta?At bar good
Disliked: No bathroom in the bar. Really? 100 HANGERS With no bar to place them. Said there was a seating area but there was not. Not 1 chair . No luggage holder. Shower was OK. Tried to sit in outer room at Bar but couldn't because they were cleaning. Should have been cleaned prior to opening I understand space at a minimum but disappointing for $1244 for 2 nights. Also wake up call was late. Only 10 minutes but.

Liked: The location and the cleanliness. Also, I loved that there was gluten free bread for breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great location, amazing view from 33rd floor, nice breakfast, super friendly staff.
Disliked: Elevators may be extremely busy at morning. Nothing really bad, but be prepared to wait around 3-7 min.

Disliked: i was suppose to get a sofa bed as stated on the app for amenities in the room. it showed a sofa bed. but there was none.

This was easily the worst...

Disliked: Broken elevators created interminable waits. The height of the building, which was new but looked as if it was constructed very cheaply, clashed with its surroundings. The staff were well meaning but poorly trained; I don't blame them.

Would stay again.

Liked: View perfect, Staff! breakfast good choices. Hotel very clean and staff was excellent.
Disliked: Room small, elevators packed, not enough storage. bathroom tiny.
