Liked: The staff was so friendly. We had an issue with the a/c in our room. The maintenance guy was quick to respond and fixed the issue quickly. It was an overall great experience with all the staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall an outstanding experience.
Disliked: I little more variety on the breakfast on a day to day basis.

Liked: The breakfast was very fresh and there was a staff member there keeping things full and helping guests. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything within 15-20 minutes. Would stay there again.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were lovely to interact with at all hours. There were snacks for purchase in the lobby, including energy drinks and alcohol, which I appreciated as someone working remote while traveling.
Disliked: Walls are super thin; you can hear neighbors and people walking in the hallways at all hours. The toilet often got stuck refilling and required having the handle jiggled to stop the water sounds. The room refused to cool despite being set to a low temperature (61) and a high fan and the outdoor temperature being reasonable (it’s January). The elevators were difficult to use. You have to hold a key to a pad and press your floor at the same time and it often takes multiple attempts. As a result, anyone carrying anything, holding a cane, etc. will really struggle with elevator use because it requires both hands. WiFi spotty—my computer struggled with the internet during typical CT waking hours, much more reliable during evenings/overnight. Even accessing things like Google Drive documents were dicey—concerned about lost information
