Liked: i had trouble getting my GPS to take your address; why I dont know. I finally put it on my iphone GPS but it told me that as I traveled from below Richmond Va. I was to take 295 then exit 2A; of course there was no on 295 at Richmond. the correct would be further and just below DC on 495 exit 2A. I was so upset after clearing 296 I turned around and went home. I did call to cancel.

A nice stay

Liked: I loved the location, the view was beautiful. The staff was very nice and friendly. So much you could find to do in the area.

Liked: Guest clerk Raul was very friendly. Our a/c unit wasn’t working properly and he sent someone right up to fix it. The location was the best.

Disliked: Both Bed and pillows were hard. When I think of vacation … B/C that’s pretty much what this was suppose to be for me. (A staycation ) After a very hectic couple of months. I imagine staying some place…where I can simply sink into a big comfy bed with soft pillows. This was not that. If it weren’t for the lovely view … I know I would have left. I did after the second nights of waking up grouchy because of poor sleep ask if it were possible to get softer pillows for which they obliged. And, too be honest it helped… However, it would have been nice to have both from the start. Softer bed and pillows.

Great location hotel

Liked: Convenience place , close to everything , just walking distance to all restaurants .
Disliked: No parking ! No Swimming pool !We gotta pay out of pocket for parking which is not cheap .
