The rooms were clean and spacious; everyone was polite; the complimentary breakfast was delicious; I will be back next year.

Disliked: We stayed Friday and Saturday, Saturday a charge was added to my credit card and the host took it off, Sunday a $376 dollar charge was posted and Monday a$576 dollar charge was post and now I've been ghosted by account and front desk and manager will not answer phone to resolve the charges. My stay was payed in full before my arrival of $397 so I'm lost on all the extra charges!

Liked: Went to try and get a cup of coffee. A not very pleasant woman told us they didn’t open until 7 AM.
Disliked: Breakfast area should open earlier. We had a couple very nice people at the front desk, but one not very nice person.

Convenient to all things Nashville.
