Liked: a 15 minute walk to the bluebird cafe and 5 mins to deliver, shops and mall.
Disliked: electric blind not working. coffee machine was replaced eventually.

Liked: Reception was friendly at check in. Too slow at check out with not another single person in the lobby.
Disliked: When I got to my room, I discovered the beside lamp wasn’t working and the ceiling light was flickering and unusable. I reported this to the from desk in person immediately. Nothing was done. I fought with the thermostat all night. It’s far too complicated. It kept defaulting to “COOL” all night long when I needed a little heat.

Superb

Liked: Location was good. The breakfast was great. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: Parking was challenging until I learned of the underground parking available. There is no pool or hot tub to enjoy.

Liked: Very clean, staff was great, great location felt safe, super comfortable, beautiful atmosphere, bar in the lobby
Disliked: Parking was slightly confusing, but the staff was super helpful.There was a shade for the window but no curtains, wasn’t too bad at all, but bright in the morning

Disliked: Kind of basic, low water pressure, not many grab and go breakfast options.
