Liked: The location was great. This is the second stay for us. Loved it the first time.
Disliked: The night shift front desk man was very rude. We have a service dog and was questioned about him I’ve never had to explain why I have him was not a good experience. Just to clarify, I have PTSD.

Dissappointing for expensive price

Liked: Staff was friendly at checkin on halloween night Friday breakfast was ok
Disliked: Being charged a hidden returnable fee and still not getting back for some reason?! The weekend food was cold except water eggs and sausage ( I hate sausage). I ended up eating out with extra cost to my trip.Barking dogs everytime I came/left for 3 days!Couple arguing in breakfast area then LATER the next night they were finally escorted out by police for fighting.Take the toiletry list sticker from mirror staff was very rude when my husband then I asked for the list to buy, borrow things . I got a dumb look and was hatefully asked " well what do you need?!" (The List my room mirror sticker referred to..)

Liked: The staff was nice and I felt welcomed.
Disliked: WAY too much money for the quality of the property. The property was pretty far off the road and the parking was horrible. It was evident to me immediately that this hotel was used for long term lower income housing. The entire property smelled like smoke. While there was not smoking in the rooms, it was carried throughout the building. The interior halls and doors were worn. I literally just barely slept (without even changing my clothes) and left first thing in the morning without even having coffee. I don't think the refrigerator worked. I put my perishables and ice block in but it didn't seem cold or even cool.
