Worst stay EVER AT A...

Disliked: Everything! I was lied to , online is very deceiving compared to what you actually get. Never got breakfast because at 5:30 in the morning the fire alarm went off and all of us guests were standing outside and not one staff member came out to tell us what was going on & when me and my husband just decided to leave (thank God we packed very lights and took it with us when we evacuated) the staff member that was standing up front was laughing about the situation. Very rude , very unprofessional and I will NEVER EVER stay at another Hyatt hotel.
