We had a great experience at the Hyatt, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The HDTV was a really nice treat. Overall we had a great time here and in Nashville!

Liked: I loved the big comfy bed. I liked the location and the staff was very nice. I did not get a change to catch breakfast because I was super busy.
Disliked: There was a storm while I was there and there was a power outage. We were without power for over 3 hours and we were staying on the 4th floor. The other hotels around us had power but we did not.

Liked: The bagels and cream cheese but had to eat in our room because breakfast room was too warm
Disliked: When we arrived we were not told the water of the entire hotel had been shut off due to a leak needing to be fixed. We found out when sink and shower had no flow. It was fixed while we went to dinner. After traveling all day, we would have preferred to bathe first. At the very least , we should have been given a discount, but the person working the front desk, working is said very loosely, was on his cell phone in a seating area when we arrived and when we inquired about the water. My guess is that their fire suppression system is water based, so not only was this an inconvenience, it was also a potential safety problem. I will never stay there again.

Liked: Beautiful and clean loved the bed and layout of our room
Disliked: Our stay was next to the overly loud elevator and the noise alerted our service animal. The amenities of the hotel said they had a bar with food until midnight. But that wasn’t true. They didn’t have the staff to fix the food on their menu. So we had to leave to get supper. The clerk said they don’t hire staff during the slow months. Breakfast was good. Husband doesn’t like powdered eggs.
