We had a great experience at the Hyatt, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The HDTV was a really nice treat. Overall we had a great time here and in Nashville!

Disappointed

Liked: We reserved this room through Booking. When we were checking out we requested our receipt. We were told they would not be able to provide a receipt & that we needed to go through Booking to get the receipt. This was incorrect information. We always receive a receipt when we check out & we book through Booking. We will not go back to this hotel for this reason. We walked out with No receipt.
