We had a great experience at the Hyatt, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The HDTV was a really nice treat. Overall we had a great time here and in Nashville!

Other than helpful desk clerk,...

Liked: Decent selection of food at breakfast. Desk clerk was helpful about closed kitchen and bar.
Disliked: Directions from desk clerk to find shuttle were unclear. Had to ask three different people in airport how to find shuttle stop. Shuttle took 40 minutes to arrive for a two minute ride to hotel. RIDICULOUS!! Had selected this hotel because it had evening dinner service. Arrived at six PM to find kitchen CLOSED! Chef also ran bar so bar ALSO ostensibly closed! Desk clerk kindly provided drinks. Gave me a list of restaurants who deliver food. First one kept me on hold for 15 minutes before I finally hung up. Second choice had quick response, decent delivery time, and good food. But I DID NOT appreciate deception concerning the dining closure. Room was OK if a bit confusing in its layout. Curtains would not stay completely closed so bright light shining in all night. Wake-up call system on phone worked BUT kept calling me multiple times. All in all was frustrating and exhausting stay after a long flight. Not impressed.

Very deceiving on menu for...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable The showers were It's nice. It was very roomy in the room
Disliked: Turn on TV and looked at menu on channel 2 of the T. Give us a menu a breakfast which they did not have gravy and biscuits. They lied about that. Everything was cold with breakfast time. Got there early to eat. Everything was deceiving.

Security is definitely needed!

Liked: Decent accommodations. A person's truck driver side window was broken out in front of the hotel. Security is needed.
Disliked: Vandalism on the property.
