Great price great location great...

Liked: Zalika helped me with request I had a day prior to me arriving and Zalika was amazing. When I went there to check in I was so impressed about how beautiful Hyatt is and the staff was amazing. Amy was exceptional. She signed me in and it was such an easy process. During our stay, we needed extra tissues and Amy sent a gentleman over right away to our door. It was truly a wonderful experience here. All the rooms seem to have been updated. It’s gorgeous. The style is just so pleasing. The entire facility was immaculate great parking and the fitness room was over the top awesome. Everything there was so wonderful. In the morning we all went to the breakfast buffet, which is free and they had so many many many options. It was such a beautiful spread. Everything tasted delicious. Great variety. I am so impressed. I’m telling friends and family about it and will be back soon. Great bed so comfortable bathroom spotless beautiful stay here. I loved it 110% recommend Hyatt Mystic, Connecticut.
Disliked: Everything was awesome 100% great that’s all I can say.

Liked: This hotel was extremely clean, well suited for all Mystic and Stonington locations and was a good value. Comfortable beds and spotless room. Nothing broken, everything functional and simply a perfect stay. The staff was amazing as well.
Disliked: Nothing! Simply a great place for your Mystic getaway.

Enjoyed our stay very much

Liked: Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant, breakfast was good location was great would definitely recommend to our friends and family
Disliked: No complaints really, parking was a little tough

Highly recommend and would stay...

Liked: Great place to stay with kids, super clean, awesome location, and affordable. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff was great.
Disliked: Could use an indoor pool for the winter!

We 100% loved the property...

Liked: Room design and size were exceptional!! Did not expect to spend time in our room, but due to the furniture, separate ‘kitchen’ area, and general roominess, we decided to hang out and relax! The swiveling TV, privacy ‘wall’ from the bed area, and extra space around the fridge and microwave, this felt like a suite!
Disliked: Breakfast ended at 9:00
