Liked: Property is convenient to 77 and the staff is SUPER friendly and accommodating. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas which was an inviting touch to the Property.
Disliked: While the lobby and shared spaces are nice and clean the rooms are outdated and mattresses are old and uncomfortable :(

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were pleasant and rooms clean

I would go again.

Liked: I like the indoor pool because outdoors are normally closed at this time of year.
Disliked: It’s probably just me but I thought the pillows were too thick for sleeping on my side and belly but my fiancé liked the pillows. I do tend to not like super soft bedding and prefer medium to firm.

Exceptional

Liked: everything, they were so nice, it was very clean, in a very good location, nice view, good price, love the parking lot great breakfast 🥞
Disliked: I just didn't like the fact that booking.com does the booking. I paid in advance one month ahead with my credit card, and paid it off so I wouldn't have to stress. but now booking.com charged my debit card and my credit card it's saying pending my payment. so what happened to the money I already pay???? and since booking.com charged my credit card and my debit card, I had automatic payments pending in my debit card and they were all declined because booking.com charged my debit card also and my credit card .

We felt completely safe and...

Liked: Location was awesome! Joe was awesome on the phone, Matty was most kind at check-in, Ashley was totally on top of helping us move our room when the toilet was stopped up. The breakfast host was so delightful. Often, those folks can be a bit sullen, but he was kind, helpful, and had a really good attitude!!!
Disliked: Wellll…the plumbing in our room.. I don’t suppose it could’ve been foreseen, though.

Marginal but a good location.

Liked: We had the worst room in the hotel - next to the breakfast area and across from a loud, non-stop and loud ice maker. The guy checking us in was busy licking his fingers while checking us in. I think we interrupted his dinner.
Disliked: See above. Didn’t meet Hyatt standards and disappointing.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is in a great location with on-site parking. Everything was clean in the room and in good working order.
Disliked: There was a baseball tournament in town and the parents were letting their kids run around like crazy and didn't seem to care. The bartender was very sweet and told someone who could do something about it.
