Horrible

Liked: The location was very unsafe feeling. The parking was not accessible. Our car was too tall to fit in the garage. The street was under construction and there was no parking anywhere.We called hotel 4x asking for assistance they were rude and not helpful at all. We finally gave up and went to another hotel in a much nicer part of Montreal. The hotel refused to refund us.

Superb

Liked: Beautiful interior and decor, clean washrooms. The tv was easy to use. The lighting in the room was great. The staff was kind, friendly, and bilingual.
Disliked: We lost the clean water supply in the morning, and my boyfriend's shower ended in dirty brown water (due to city work). Parking was not included with the stay. Windows were dirty from the exterior, hindering my view.

Liked: From the greeting at the front desk when I arrived, the room, view, location, further interactions with the staff, parking, it made for a wonderful getaway.
Disliked: This was probably the best hotel/B&B stay I've had in Montreal, so I have no answer for this one.
