One of the nicest places...

Liked: We have stayed here multiple times and love the location. It is quiet, just outside of downtown Moab, and easy to access the National Parks. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and updated. Breakfast is one of the highlights due to the variety of foods that are prepared and the delicious taste. The restaurant/bar is also a nice place to have a drink and meal, very convenient. We also enjoy the pool when it's open and the hot tub is huge.
Disliked: One of the main reasons we chose to stay here was because of the hot tub, which was under repair when we checked in. When told it was fixed we headed right out, but it was like a warm pool. The next night we thought it would have warmed up but it was even colder.

Disliked: The breakfast was terrible! Vegan sausage??? Are you kidding me?? And the bacon was soo overcooked it just crumbled, you couldn’t even pick it up. The option was more of a dinner type menu…not an American breakfast at all…there was an empty bowl of scrambled eggs..I guess…but no one was interested in filling….

Good, but no value for...

Liked: It's a nice modern hotel.
Disliked: There is no housekeeping if you stay for two nights. Since this is a more expensive hotel in Moab, it's not okay to have instructions in the room about what to do with trash. You have to ask if you want fresh glasses etc. We paid extra for a room with a scenic view. Unfortunately, the view did not live up to what was advertised online. Most of the view was of the parking lot and the noisy road.

Liked: The breakfast was exactly what we needed because there was a lot of choice. Also, we didn’t have to worry because we knew our bikes were very safe being in a locked room!
Disliked: Everything was just right!

Extremely wonderful hotel

Liked: Very friendly staff, the entire hotel was very clean. My room was exceptionally clean. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Moab.
