I will use this property...
Liked: This Hyatt Place was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room size exceeded my expectations. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great. The shuttle drivers were very respectful and very polite.I wouldn't even consider staying at a different hotel on my next trip to MSP.
Disliked: Nothing

Disappointing.
Liked: Airport shuttle is a joke. Only every hour even when full and the airport is Only like 10 minutes away.
Disliked: Guest services and airport shuttle.

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious but room layout was strange.
Disliked: There were bugs constantly by the sink areas. We were told they were elderbugs, but they didn’t look like it. We kept our little bit of food in the fridge. There were beverages from the previous guests still in the cupboard.

Disliked: My son left a jacket in our room - called the hotel the same day when realized. Hotel said they had it and I filled out online form three times and even called to try and speak with manager and no one returned my call. I’m assuming because they wanted to keep the jacket because It was brand new

Not a nice way to...
Liked: The room seemed OK. It is well located for getting to the airport. The shuttle driver was helpful.
Disliked: We would have found the hotel to be OK, what we needed to get to the airport early the next morning. However, we first noticed at midnight that there was no water (due to a pipe breaking). Nobody in the hotel had water for the rest of the night. We left early for the airport, with no water for brushing teeth or any other morning necessity. The person at checkout was not authorized to offer any kind of compensation for customers' "little house on the prairie" experience, which any decent hotel chain would. Hyatt is supposed to be a respectable chain. The other new pain at Hyatt is that they are now charging $10 per night for parking, using their new QR code system which is very clumsy and inconvenient. We've stayed here a lot. Won't be back.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to making arrangements for our airport shuttle and timing. The staff was very kind. Rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Only wish breakfast options were available a bit earlier as we had an early flight and couldn’t eat at the hotel beforehand.
