Wonderful hotel and staff! Great...

Liked: Hotel was incredible as was the staff. Thank you to the entire staff for being friendly and knowledgeable. And to the valet Treal you were always ready to help with a friendly smile whatever time of day or night it was. Location was great as was breakfast. Lovely city! We have already told friends and family what a great city Milwaukee is.
Disliked: A little less cold

Highly recommended.

Nice location but a horrible...

Liked: Front desk staff was friendly
Disliked: The after hours food took 45 minutes and there were only 2 of us in the cafe. And the wings were the worst I’ve ever had. So small and so burned completely terrible. And service was awful as well. The staff said they had no bread, all the chicken was frozen but the wings were available. Also judging by the other customers reaction his burger was a disappointment as well.

Clean and new hotel in...

Liked: Liked the location, close to downtown and Fiserv Forumn. The hotel was clean and new. The valet service (that I believe is contracted to another company) really hustles to get your car for you.
Disliked: Absolutely hate the bathroom doors. Don't like the sliding doors that don't lock properly and the glass that lets light through to the rest of the room. The hotel was very noisy after midnight with people who came in from the bars. Must not be any viable security to check on that. All of the front desk staff were not very friendly.
