Liked: The staff was great. The cleaning ladies I met in the elevator were lovely.
Disliked: The heater in my room was so loud that it kept waking us up overnight. We had to have the heat on, it was cold, but the noise from the heater on the wall was too much. Also, there was no notification online that there was a fee for parking or valet. That would’ve been nice to know ahead of time because it would’ve played into the costs overall. That was rather disappointing.

Liked: The staff warmly welcomed me on the freezing Friday evening and also helped me with some quarters for the laundry machine. The location of the hotel is central in the downtown, and the breakfast was nice.

Liked: Everything was great. The valet drivers were very careful with the car and very polite. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect as we were in town for a basketball game.
