Liked: The room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: The staff was unaccessible when trying to contact front desk, numerous times. Also I felt harassed and inconvenience by management. A previous guest complained that the left a charger in my occupied room that was cleaned by housekeeping and management came to my room 2x looking for the "charger". I felt accused that I took the "charger" when management insisted that it was there when I said it wasn't. A HORRIBLE feeling and experience.

Liked: The only pros we found at this Hotel was the clean sheets.
Disliked: I chose this Hotel to celebrate my birthday before going to a cruise the day after. Unfortunetely, all the good reviews we read before deciding which Hotel to stay was completely misleading. The room was stinking, the carpet had a lot of stains, behind the bed there were coffee beans probably to try to hide the mold smell, didn't work.The TV screen was malfunctioning. The breakfast was nothing like some reviewers said, no pastries or omelettes...It was disgusting.

Brief stay after later arrival...

Liked: Good location. Clean and comfortable. Nice coffee in room.
Disliked: Very expensive and with no restaurant. Also extremely overpriced parking given how much the room cost. Breakfast ok. Would have liked bottled water and cookies in the room.
