Disliked: The breakfast could be better. There’s a very nice selection of food but the French toast was soggy. There’s a Starbucks but there was never anyone there in the morning for coffee. However, the coffee from the hotel was very good.

Troubles this go around.

Liked: I like the fact that the staff was very accommodating to our troubles and very kind.The rest of the hotel was spotless and the breakfast food was amazing.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I could not sleep because paranoid of the bugs. We always stay at this hotel. We are from Georgia and have family in Florida. We have never ever had problems with the rooms before, but this time there was German roaches on the bed and on the dresser each night. Coffee pot filter had old filter in it. Trash was still in the trash. It was very upsetting.

Liked: Property was nice and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room wasn’t cleaned and we stayed for 3 nights. Had to empty trash ourselves and stop a housekeeper for fresh towels. No manager on duty to help ever! Front desk literally has to do everything. Also random charges on my card that I had to call corporate about because Manager and Assist. Manager never returned my calls to clear up.

Liked: Spacious room, spacious bathroom.
Disliked: The king bed was so uncomfortable that both my husband and I woke up with pain in our back. The mattress was awful. There are no toiletries on the sink, just a soap, not even a body lotion.Breakfast very basic.
