Liked: King suite was a nice size with a comfy bed
Disliked: Bathroom in king suite was tiny, night shift front desk staff weren’t very friendly

Great location to venue i...

Liked: The size of the room was great.
Disliked: My room did not have a microwave. I have never paid the amount I paid and not have a microwave in the room. Had to go down to the 1st floor to warm food up. Also paid for parking and after asking about it, was told those staying and had paid for a room did not have to pay.

Best value hotel in East...

Liked: Breakfast was great. It’s decided plus. Hyatt Place is the best value in East Louisville.
Disliked: The only waste basket was in the bathroom. Could’ve used one in the living room area.
