Great place to stay, will...

Liked: Great location close to airport and provided shuttle to airport for free. Nice breakfast was part of our deal and a nice breakfast as well.
Disliked: How long it took to check in, misunderstanding over the payments and the first person not being able to explain the problem to me. Only one person on for check in, but when the second person arrived he was able to sort our issue.

Disliked: Shuttle service not consistent and insufficient size for peak load even though we suggested they would need a bigger van . Hyatt Regency shuttles go by constantly at LAX with few or no loads.. couldn’t you divert some to Hyatt Place ? The bar & restaurant was also clearly understaffed. Bartender did his best but seemed like he could have used help. (Meanwhile several trainees at the front desk - often doing nothing obvious) On the first visit in January one of the trainee ( new ) staff basically fouled up our cold pack request - letting our frozen packs melt and therefore putting our medication for the trip in some jeopardy.

Superb

Liked: Beds weee super comfy, shower was hot with a great great water flow and the breakfast was great
Disliked: The tea bags at the breakfast, no normal black tea

Liked: I enjoyed the kindness of the property. I enjoyed the way the sleeping area was separate from the sitting area. I love the way the TV swivel. I love how high the showerhead was and the pressure of the shower and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: There’s nothing that I really didn’t life at this property, but if I had to point anything out, it will be the $30 for the parking the price point was decent
