Liked: It´s our second time in this hotel, so that tells a lot. Location is good and it´s aesy to go aroung LA from the hotel, if you have a car. Nice rooms, good beds, clean, quiet, good gym and parking places. Good breakfast, if you compere it to lots of other same kind of hotels. Stayed for 4 nights.
Disliked: Had one bad experience in hotel restaurant. We ate there 2 times and for second time it took really long for the food to arrive. There was only few people eating, but I think there was only 1 people working. As the burgers finaly came ( I want to say it took about 45 -60 minutes), they only brought adults food. Our kids burger took even extra 10 minutes. And after if finaly came, it was wrong burger. Kid was crying for the hungry, so it was not nice. I understand that restaurant might be busy, but there was about 3 people waiting for foods before us. Staff should always tell, if it takes long time for the food to come.

Disappointing

Liked: The front desk staff were very good and helpful Robert was great
Disliked: The young bartender didn't bring me the bill before processing it so that I could add a tip so instead I left him a $10 cah tip on a $ 20.81 bill yet he still charged my credit card another 10 tip so he got a 100% tip which is ridiculous I also did not receive my security deposit back it seems this hotel enjoys overcharging customers beware
