Very nice place to stay.

Liked: The staff was phenomenal. Very attentive, and friendly. The common areas of the hotel were very clean. Room was mostly clean, pool is a great amenity and well kept
Disliked: The closet in the room was a little dirty, that's it.

Perfect. Comfortable and convenient

Liked: We have stayed here several times because we have family in the area. Always pleasant staff and the rooms and location are great

Liked: Loved the comfort. Alot of confusion on the booking policies. Breakfast wasn't included. Which I requested so they did comp that. McKenzie was great!Most of the staff super friendly.
Disliked: The front desk clerk Olga,in The morning should not be welcoming guests. Not friendly at all. Also housekeeping knocked at 10am for check out. It's 11am.

Amazing Stay.

Liked: The staff was amazing. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Very good location in the heart of Riverhead on Main Street with local bars within walking distance. And the buffet breakfast was amazing. Very clean and spacious rooms. No complaints at all. Check in was smoothe and easy. Onsite bar was convenient. And check out easy as well.
