Very good

Liked: Good location and facilities were the best features.
Disliked: Maybe, for an american, the breakfast offered was ok. But, as a foreigner I resente VERY MUCH the absence of ANY kind of cheese and ham, and of fruits. Shame on you!

Very nice place to stay.

Liked: The staff was phenomenal. Very attentive, and friendly. The common areas of the hotel were very clean. Room was mostly clean, pool is a great amenity and well kept
Disliked: The closet in the room was a little dirty, that's it.

Liked: Loved the comfort. Alot of confusion on the booking policies. Breakfast wasn't included. Which I requested so they did comp that. McKenzie was great!Most of the staff super friendly.
Disliked: The front desk clerk Olga,in The morning should not be welcoming guests. Not friendly at all. Also housekeeping knocked at 10am for check out. It's 11am.
