Great stay and very clean.

Liked: It is close to multiple stations so getting anywhere is easy. A bit of walk though.
Disliked: Paper and plastic glasses in the room for coffee. They can do better.

Liked: Amazing location! I felt safe walking around the area at all times of the day (whether it would be early in the morning or midnight). The hotel was also super close to a couple of subway stations, which made it very convenient to get around. My hotel room was also very clean and comfortable with a nice view of the Queens neighbourhood. The breakfast was decent too.
Disliked: The only thing is I wished the breakfast had more choices (such as also having turkey and chicken options) and ran longer (such as 10:30am) since I feel 9:00am is a little early to finish.

Disliked: Booked this hotel bc it said there was parking but when we got there it was full. There are only a small amount of spaces and they didn’t give an option to reserve with the booking. The shower absolutely sucked. We stayed her because I had surgery in Manhattan and I couldn’t even have a good shower before. Water never got hot so I was shivering and the water pressure was a little more than a trickle.

Liked: Every single person in the team has been kind and polite. Reception, kitchen, cleaning team, all of them. It has been a pleasure being a guest of theirs.Also, the hotel is 5 minute away on foot from the subway / metro. And a station has lifts that make it easy to go to JFK with luggages via public transport.Speaking of lifts, there are only 9 floors so you don't have to wait hours for one, not even during busy breakfast time.In the end, the area is quite safe and full of coffee places and restaurants.
Disliked: The structure itself, is not up to Hyatt standards. The furniture in the bathroom was old and in bad shape, the bed was not comfortable (to me at least, as the mattress was extremely soft / old). Unfortunately on my first day I found hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. I decided to not complain however that was not great...Breakfast is ok, however once again not the usual Hyatt breakfast in terms of selection and variety.
