Liked: We liked the fact there was a restaurant on site. After a long day of travel we did not want to search for food. High prices, but to be expected for hotel food. My daughter really enjoyed her steak sandwich. No wait to check-in or check out, but we were late arrivals and early out the next morning.
Disliked: The room did not have heat. We called the front desk and were advised to give it 30 minutes to heat up and if it didn't they would move us to a different room. After 30 minutes it was still blowing cold air and we were in our pajamas with an alarm set for 4am. For us it was better to just get under the covers for warmth and turn the system off.

Disliked: Staff didnt really help with information about getting to the airport early morning - they gave us the expensive option. We researched and found a public bus option leaving from across the road.

Liked: Modern and clean. Good breakfast . All the restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Evening meal was slightly disappointing.

Liked: Comfortable and spacious room, noise proof windows as close to Heathrow.
Disliked: It’s a little isolated away from the tube so a bus to Hounslow is the nest way to connect into Central London
