Liked: I like that the room was roomy, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Tv couldn’t get any channels, staff didn’t answer the phones had to go to desk. No microwave in the room.

Disliked: We were in the 5 th close to the highway and the noise from the highway kept us up all night. The bed was very uncomfortable

What a joke

Liked: It was clean and fairly comfortable The lobby was very welcoming and homey
Disliked: The staff told me they didn't have a room except in the 5th Floor, I reserved my room thru booking.com wanting a walk in shower and got to the 5th Floor to find a tub shower, headed back to the front desk and was given the correct type of room I reserved...on the 2nd floor.... so I was lied to about having one on a lower floor. I was also told when using booking.com I am not guaranteed to get the room I reserved....The room only had 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. Here's the worst thing... one bar of soap....used and slid back into an opened package!!!Won't stay here again
