Disliked: Being forced to take a cold shower because their hot water was out, was one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had on a vacation

Liked: Easily located for short overnight stay between flights, room was spacious and very clean Small shop in lobby had a few basics for backs and essentials Shuttle to/from airport was easy
Disliked: I had no hot water during my stay and wasn’t I forms of this at my evening check in After a 17 hour flight and in preparation for another 2 flights. I was needing a warm shower.

Good business hotel near LAX

Liked: I needed a place to stay by the airport for a very short night. I chose this hotel based on its location and the room rate. My room had everything I could wish for for a quick overnight stay. The shuttle was waiting for me at 4 o’clock in the morning and the driver was very kind and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Room and public areas are quite clean. Quiet room. Good quality food for both included breakfast and other meals. Helpful staff.
Disliked: The room's wardrobe does not have room to hang a full-length coat or jacket, it's only high enough for shirts. I see no reason for placing the hanger rod this way.The shuttle to the airport did not operate on a predictable schedule, so that we waited 40 minutes for it to leave and almost missed our flight.
