Liked: Wonderful hotel and great staff!

I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. The management needs to invest in the property. Housekeeping can only do so much with what they have to work with.

Liked: The location was close to the venue.
Disliked: The bedding and towels were clean but the room had a damp musty odor. The carpet and couch needed a thorough cleaning and I would not venture to take a bath in the tub.

Liked: bed is comfortable and extra pillows available as requested, roomy and appears newly renovated, aircon working good when hot weather but at nite we can't change the thermostat and it was cold. staff are attentive
Disliked: the sink clogged on first night but they fixed it after, the room was cold too and we can't regulate the thermostat first nite, they fixedthat too. the carpet is not clean there were plastic strips on carpet. we put our used towels outside the room but they were not replaced . the breakfast has few selection omelette was dry, and some plates are not very clean. Th e coffee was great as well as waffle. I have to pay extra for parking. That's supposedly free
