Liked: Wonderful hotel and great staff!

I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. The management needs to invest in the property. Housekeeping can only do so much with what they have to work with.

Liked: The location was close to the venue.
Disliked: The bedding and towels were clean but the room had a damp musty odor. The carpet and couch needed a thorough cleaning and I would not venture to take a bath in the tub.

Liked: Room size was very large. Booked for 3 adults and was given extra blankets upon request.
Disliked: Cheer competition was booked the same weekend, so parking was slim, people up all hours of the night in the hallway with only one working elevator.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The staff was great but the location was great for the convention.
Disliked: We weren't able to get a tub and I can't take showers. The room was right beside elevators so we heard elevators all night.
